Hello, my name is Karenjeet, and I am an online fitness coach and advocate for South Asian women who want to achieve their fitness goals and break the societal barriers that hold them back. As a South Asian woman myself, I understand the pressure and expectations that we face to conform to certain ideals and stereotypes.
Growing up, I always felt like I didn’t fit in. While I excelled academically like many Brown girls, I was also a sporty girl who loved sprinting and competing. However, I often heard negative comments from society, such as “don’t get too bulky” when I started lifting weights, or the belief that the end goal of a Brown girl’s life was marriage.
I want to break these stigmas and empower South Asian women to embrace their inner power woman. Whether you want to build strength, a toned, slim thick physique, or simply feel confident in your own skin, I am here to support and champion you every step of the way.
